The Situation

Due to the global pandemic impact, consumer behavior has drastically changed. Most brick & mortar businesses were heavily impacted by COVID-19, and had to digitize their business.

Fragrance Foodstuff Pte Ltd was one of them and had dependent much of its revenue across the 36 retail outlets in Singapore.

Like a traditional business, Fragrance needed help to acquire sales online, for both consumers & businesses.

The Solution

Consumer Market (B2C) was built as an e-commerce store, optimize for its specific audiences user experience – heavy discounts, tantalizing product images, and product bundling. The website was built swiftly in March 2020, supported by strategic social media marketing (videos & image content), helping Fragrance to enter the online market.

Corporate Market (B2B)

International Export Order – We implemented a complex sales prospecting system to help Fragrance to acquire sales qualified leads, buyers & purchasers from retail chains & supermarkets in USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan.

Local Corporate Order – We set up a corporate order web page, to help Fragrance to acquire corporate orders during Chinese New Year (Fragrance is a Festive business, specifically on Chinese New Year). We have also help to market the web page via Search Engine Optimization & Email Marketing 30 to 60 days before the Chinese New Year.

Within 6 months, the e-commerce store was able to generate more than $500,000

Corporate Market (B2B)

Fragrance acquired more than $1.5 million dollars of sales through international export orders, as well as local corporate orders during the festive period.
