Gone are the days where a translation company coordinate a translation job manually. We built a system that connects the clients and translators, allowing payment, project management, and discussion online.
Place your translation order online. You can either enter a website URL to translate, upload a document, or copy/paste the content into the translation box to get your translation job published!
Translators can login to their own dashboard to view their daily earnings, jobs availability, and communicate with their clients via the job management portal. They can also enter payout details in the dashboard.
To ensure all translators are qualified as a professional translator, they will be required to take a test online based on the selected and preferred language pairs. The test results will then be sent to admin for approval.
Upon selection of the language pair for the translation test, the user will be required to complete the test based on their selected specialty and the test results will be sent to admin for approval.
Upon acceptance of a translation job, the translators will be able to communicate with the clients via the project management portal. They can choose to upload documents or copy/paste the translated job.
At the translator dashboard, the translators are able to view all their current and completed translation jobs, as well as the earnings per job. This allows them to keep in view of timeline and income.
Translators and clients are able to login based on their user access level. The system is built with 4 levels of user access level: Admin, Clients, Translators & Guest. Guest account will be login using tracking ids and secret code.
