The new salted egg fish skin packaging was revised to increase visibility and sales. It was focused on being bold modern and vibrant to keep up with the trend. Despite being able to look at the actual product through transparent cases, the old packaging was outdated and lost touch with the current customers base. With the new packaging, it make sense to push it further by designing a 3D stand to be placed by the counter or entrance to capture more attention and impulsive buying. It also suited with the orange corporate identity of Fragrance and did not restrict its target market to just during Chinese New Year period.
